My name is Evan, pronounced as /Y-vonne/, my friends call me Evans, but since my husband calls me Evan, so is the whole America. North Carolina is my new home, I migrated here last 2007 from Philippines. Happily married and now have a little girl.
So why name the blog Tuesdays with Evan? It's because Tuesdays and Wednesdays is my new weekend, opposed to a normal Saturdays and Sundays. My husband works in a military base and T/W are his days off. And Tuesdays is our family day, always looking forward to this day.
I'm an advocate for food allergies too. My daughter was diagnosed with multiple food allergies and sadly, pet allergies. Only few people know about food allergies, so here I am with my own little web space, getting the word out for education and information for all. Understanding food allergies is huge and sometimes overwhelming, and honestly I'm still learning and researching.

Hi sis! Dropping by from GT. Your pets are lovely. I'm more of a dog person rin kasi. I miss having weekdays OFF too. I work in a BPO company (a.k.a. call center) and back when I was still an agent, my restdays were usually on weekdays too. Now that I'm with another department, I have fixed weekend RDs.
